Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the delivery note is included inside.

Print and Post

Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your parcel off at any authorized local collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days.
